高频超声与X线和CT三维成像在肋骨骨折诊断中的比较研究

摘要

目的 探讨高频超声与X线和CT三维成像在肋骨骨折诊断中的比较.方法 对最终诊断肋骨骨折的82例患者入院首次的超声、X线、CT检查结果进行对比分析,利用超声定期复查骨折愈合情况.结果 82例肋骨骨折患者中有错位42例,无错位有裂隙24例,无裂隙仅有皮质凹陷14例,整体检出率超声为95.7％,CT三维成像为75.6％,X线为63.4％.超声漏诊2例,CT三维成像漏诊20例,X线漏诊30例.结论 高频超声能检查大部分X线及CT三维成像不能显示的肋骨骨折,与X线检查相结合,更能提高肋骨骨折诊断准确率.%Objective To compare the diagnostic results of high frequency ultrasound with X-ray and CT in diagnosis of rib fractures.Methods The examination results of first time ultrasound,X-ray and CT were analyzed and compared in 82 patients with rib fracture,and the fracture healing status was regularly rechecked by ultrasound.Results Among 82 patients with rib fracture,there were 42 patients with dislocation,24 patients without dislocation and with fissure,14 patients with cortical depression and without fissure.The total detection rate by ultrasound was 95.7％,CT 3D imaging was 75.6％,and X-ray was 63.4％.Moreover there were 2 cases of missed diagnosis by ultrasound,there were 2 cases of missed diagnosis by CT and 30 cases of missed diagnosis by X-ray.Conclusion The high frequency ultrasound can check the rib fracture which can not be displayed by X-ray and CT 3D imaging,and high frequency ultrasound combined with X-ray can improve the diagnosis accuracy rate in diagnosis of rib fracture.
