Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Peitugujin method combined with budesonide nasal spray on allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 198 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into observation group (n =135) and control group (n =63).The patients in observation group were treated by Peitugujin method combined with budesonide nasal spray,however,the patients in control group were treated by budesonide nasal spray combined with taking orally loratadine,with a treatment course of 1 week,and the therapeutic effects after 4-week treatment and on 6 months after drug discontinuance were observed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the symptomes scores were decreased in both groups,moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After drug withdrawal the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (92.5 ％ vs 72.3 ％,P ＜ 0.05).Moreover the total effective rate after 6-month follow up in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (72.7％ vs 41.7％,P ＜0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has obvious short-term and long-term curative effects on allergic rhinitis,with fewer relapse rate.%目的 观察中西医结合培土固金法联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法 将198例变应性鼻炎患者随机分成治疗组135例和对照组63例,治疗组通过中药自拟方剂培土固金法联合布地奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻,对照组单纯应用布地奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻和氯雷他啶口服,以1周为1疗程,观察用药4个疗程后及停药6个月后的疗效.结果 治疗后2组各症状评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).停药后治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),6个月随访总有效率比较,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗变应性鼻炎近期及远期疗效显著,复发率低.
