微信式延续护理对乳腺癌术后功能锻炼依从性和生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effects of WeChat type continuous nursing on the compliance and life quality of patients with breast cancer after surgery.Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were enrolled in the study.According to randomized parallel grouping method these patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional postoperative nursing,however,the patients in intervention group,on the basis of control group,were treated by WeChat type continue nursing care,then the rehabilitation effects,patient's compliance and life quality were observed and compared between two groups.Results There were no significant differences in functional exercise compliance scores on discharge from hospital between two groups (P ＞ 0.05),however,on 2w,12w after discharge from hospital,all the dimension scores in intervention group were significantly increased,as compared with those in control group (P ＜0.05).There were no significant differences in life quality scores on discharge from hospital between two groups (P ＞0.05),but on 12w after discharge from hospital the life quality scores were obviously increased in both groups,as compared with those on discharge from hospital (P ＜ 0.05),moreover,all the indexes scores in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat type continuous nursing mode can obviously improve the compliance and life quality of patients with breast cancer after operation,therefor,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.%目的 评价临床应用微信式延续护理方式对乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼依从性和生活质量的影响.方法 80例乳腺癌手术患者按照随机平行分组法随机分为干预组与对照组,每组40例,对照组给予术后常规护理方法,干预组在此基础上加用微信式延续护理方法,比较2组患者术后康复效果、依从性及生活质量水平.结果 2组患者出院时功能锻炼依从性各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),出院后4、12周时干预组各项维度评分均较同期对照组明显增高(P＜0.05);2组患者出院时各项生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),出院后12周时两组患者各项生活质量评分均较出院时明显提高(P＜0.05),但干预组各项评分均较同期对照组明显增高(P＜0.05).结论 应用微信式延续护理方式对乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼依从性和生活质量均有明显改善作用,值得推广应用.
