BREAST CANCER MARKER AND BREAST CANCER AFFECTION RECOGNIZING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly reliable breast cancer markers found out through a marker search wherein transcriptomic analysis and proteomic analysis reflect each other with a close relationship and methods for recognizing affection on breast cancer.;SOLUTION: An oestrogen receptor positive breast cancer marker is provided containing alpha-basic crystallin. A breast cancer marker is provided containing 6-phosphogluconolactonase and/or F-actin capping protein alpha-2 subunit. A method is provided for recognizing affection on breast cancer by using the alpha-basic crystallin as protein for the positive breast cancer marker. Another method is provided for recognizing affection on breast cancer by using the 6-phosphogluconolactonase and/or the alpha-2 subunit as protein for the cancer marker.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
