目的 观察核酪注射液穴位注射治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的临床疗效.方法 将100例PAR患者按照随机数字表法分为2组.治疗组50例予核酪注射液穴位注射治疗;对照组50例予盐酸西替利嗪分散片治疗.2组均2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程.观察2组治疗前后症状、体征评分变化,血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)E变化,比较2组疗效及安全性.结果 2组治疗后症状、体征评分及总分均较本组治疗前降低(P ＜0.05),且治疗组治疗后总分低于对照组(P ＜0.05).2组治疗后血清Ig E均较本组治疗前降低(P ＜0.05),2组治疗后血清Ig E比较差异无统计学意义(P＞ 0.05).治疗组总有效率91.49％,对照组总有效率72.92％,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P ＜0.05).结论 核酪注射液穴位注射治疗PAR,能降低症状、体征总分,改善鼻部症状和调节血清Ig E水平,无严重不良反应.%Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupoint injection of nucleotide and casein injection in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR). Methods 100 PAR patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method. 50 cases in treatment group were treated by acupoint injection of nucleotide and casein injection. 50 cases in control group were treated by cetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets. Both groups were treated for two weeks as a course of treatment, continuously treated for 2 courses. The changes of symptoms, signs and serum immunoglobulin (Ig) E were observed before and after treatment in the two groups, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of symptoms, signs and total scores in the two groups were lower than those in the group before treatment (P ＜ 0. 05), and the total scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). After treatment, serum Ig E in both groups were lower than those in the group before treatment (P ＜ 0. 05). There was no significant difference in serum Ig E between the two groups (P＞ 0. 05). The total effective rate was 91. 49％ in treatment group and 72. 92％ in control group. The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion Acupoint injection of nucleotide and casein injection in the treatment of PAR has significant effects in reducing symptoms, total score of signs, improving nasal symptoms and regulating serum Ig E levels. No serious adverse reactions have been observed.
