Objective To observe the effect of combination of electro - acupuncture and point therapy sciatic nerve injury caused by intramuscular injection in children. Methods 89 children with sciatic nerve injury caused by intramuscular injection were randomly divided into two groups. Control group ( n = 36) received electro - acupuncture. Treatment group ( n=53 ) received combination of electro - acupuncture and point therapy. The course was three months in two groups. The recovery of muscle strength in children was assessed with MRC grade after two courses. Results MRC muscle strength grade after treatment were significantly improved in two groups ( P ＜ 0.05 ),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The total effective rate in treatment group ( 96.2％ ) was higher than that in control group ( 83.3％, P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Electro - acupuncture combined with point therapy can significantly promote the recovery of limb function in children, reduce the morbidity of chilchen, and has definite the curative effect.%目的 观察电针加穴位注射治疗儿童注射性坐骨神经损伤的临床疗效.方法 将89例注射性坐骨神经损伤患儿随机分为2组,对照组36例予电针治疗,治疗组53例在对照组治疗基础上加穴位注射.2组均3个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后采用美国医学研究会(MRC)肌力分级法评定患儿肌力恢复情况,统计临床疗效.结果 2组治疗后MRC肌力分级均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组总有效率96.2%,对照组总有效率83.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组.结论 电针加穴位注射治疗儿童注射性坐骨神经损伤,可明显促进患儿肢体功能的恢复,降低患儿致残率,疗效确切.
