中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘手术后失败综合征40例临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of low sacral impact injection combined with tendon bonesetting and functional training combined Chinese herb fumigation on the treatment of failed back surgery syndrome ( FBSS) . Methods 80 patients with FBSS were randomly divided into two groups .40 cases in treatment group received appli-cation of lower caudal impact injection of 0.9%sodium chloride injection and epidural blocking solution ,application tendon massage and rehabilitation exercises bonesetting after injection ,combined with getting a soup topical treatment fumigation method.40 cases in control grope received caudal closed ,traction,bed rest,dehydration hormone therapy . VAS was compared before and after treatment in two groups Results There was significant differences between two groups in different duration on the excellent and good rate ( P <0.05).VAS score after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups ( P <0.05).The decrease in treatment group was superior to that in control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of failed back surgery syndrome has obvious effect .%目的：观察低位骶管冲击注射联合理筋正骨手法及功能锻炼结合中药外用熏洗治疗腰椎间盘手术后失败综合征的临床疗效。方法将80例腰椎间盘手术后失败综合征患者随机分为2组，治疗组40例应用低位骶管冲击注射0．9％氯化钠注射液及硬膜外封闭液，注射后应用理筋推拿正骨手法及康复锻炼，结合舒筋汤外用熏洗方法治疗，对照组40例应用骶管封闭，牵引，卧床休息，激素脱水药物治疗。分别在治疗结束后、1个月、3个月、6个月比较疗效，比较2组治疗前后视觉模拟量表（ VAS）评分变化。结果2组各时间段优良率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后各时间段的VAS评分均较本组治疗前均降低（P＜0．05），且治疗组明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论中西医结合非手术疗法治疗腰椎间盘手术后失败综合征疗效显著，具有临床推广价值。
