消膝痛方联合西医治疗膝关节骨性关节炎59例疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察消膝痛方联合西医治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将117例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组。对照组58例予玻璃酸钠联合复方倍他米松注射治疗，治疗组59例在对照组治疗基础上加用消膝痛方熏蒸治疗。2组均5周为1个疗程，观察2组治疗前、治疗后3周和6周骨关节炎指数（ WOMAC）评分，治疗6个月后对痊愈患者随访，观察复发情况。结果2组治疗后3周和6周WOMAC评分均降低（P＜0．01）；治疗组治疗后3周和6周WOMAC评分均低于对照组同期（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）；2组治疗后6周WOMAC评分低于本组治疗后3周（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。治疗组总有效率96．61％，对照组总有效率87．93％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗后6个月随访，治疗组复发率5．26％，对照组复发率17．39％，2组复发率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组低于对照组。结论消膝痛方联合西医治疗膝关节骨性关节炎在改善临床症状和疗效巩固方面具有较好的优势。%Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of knee osteoarthritis treated with combination of Xi-aoqitong prescription and western medicine .Methods 117 patients with knee osteoarthritis were chosen and ran-domly divided into control group and treatment group ,the control group was given sodium hyaluronate combined com-pound betamethasone ,the treatment group was given fumigation therapy with eliminating knee pain on the basis of the control group treatment .WOMAC scores were assessed before treatment and three weeks and six weeks after treat -ment,and the clinical efficacy was determined .The recurrence of recovered patients was observed after six months . Results WOMAC scores after treatment were decreased in two groups (P<0.01).Compared with the control group,WOMAC scores of the treatment group were significantly lower after three and six weeks ’ treatment ( P<0.05 or P<0.01);WOMAC scores of the two groups after treatment for three and six weeks were significantly lower com -pared with that before treatment (P<0.01).WOMAC scores of the two group after six weeks ’ treatment decreased significantly compared with three weeks ’ treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The total efficiency of the control group and treatment group were 87.93%and 96.61%respectively after treated with different therapies ,and the clinical ef-ficacy had a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The recurrence rates of cured patients in con-trol group and treatment group were 22.73%and 5.41%after six months’ treatment,and the relapse rate had a sta-tistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoqitong prescription and western medicine treating knee osteoarthritis has a better advantage in improving the clinical symptoms and the efficacy consolidated .
