基于工作流程的制造企业信息管理系统

摘要

当制造企业业务频繁变动向多元化发展时,MIS不能支持频繁的业务重组,从而造成企业管理不能规范化、信息化.对此,提出一种基于工作流程的制造企业信息管理系统,将传统的业务模型由按照工作层次的职能型转变为按照工作流程管理型,从企业的业务流程角度统筹布置,实现企业的全方位的管理,避免企业业务频繁变动造成企业管理不规范的问题,为企业的业务信息化管理提供了一个统一稳定的环境.%When the business of manufacturing enterprises is frequently changed and tends to the diversification, MIS can not support the frequent business restructuring. Thereby, the standardization and informatiza-tion management of the enterprises can not be achieved. In this regard, a workflow-based information management system for manufacturing enterprises is proposed, which turns the traditional business model yielded by the function of task hierarchy into the workflow-based management model, and achieves the all-around enterprise management according to the overall layout of the workflow to avoid the frequent change caused by non-standard corporate governance.
