DP/DP Coupler在36MN铝型材挤压生产线中的应用

摘要

铝型材生产线主要包括加热、挤压、机后处理三部分.针对各独立系统间以往采用的以太网通讯实时性差、稳定性不高等问题,采用了DP/DP Coupler模块,实现了压机和机后设备两个独立系统间的Profibus-DP通讯,使得挤压、牵引、拔模等信号可以快速得到交换,提高了整个系统的控制性能和可靠性,优化了系统网络结构.%The production line of aluminum profiles includes heater,extruder and auxiliary equipment.Aiming at the problems of ethernet network between the individual systems,such as bad real time capability and poor stability,the DP/DP Coupler is used in 36MN extruding production line for special profiles.It realizes the exchange of the signals in the type of Profibus-DP between the extruder and auxiliary equipment,making the pressing,draging and separating signals exchange quickly,so to improve performance and reliability of control system and optimize network architecture system.
