六辊CVC冷连轧机中间辊窜辊故障分析及解决方法

     

摘要

本文主绍了六辊CVC轧机中间辊窜辊装置的结构特点,结合生产实践中该装置出现的止推轴承烧坏、窜辊连接不到位、液压缸密封漏油问题,提出合理的解决方案:将轴承内套端部结构改为阶梯式结构;合理分配各零部件尺寸精度;在端盖内套的内、外侧均分别安装有密封和密封支架.改进后使用效果较好.%The structural characteristics of the IMR shifting system in 6-H CVC Mill is introduced in this paper.In combination with the device failures that happened during production,such as the thrust bearing damage,roll axial shifting mismatch and hydraulic cylinder leakage,reasonable solutions for each failures are proposed.The structure of bearing inner ring was modified as the step structure so that the O-ring could be installed properly,the assembly tolerance of each part was reset reasonably,and the oil seals were installed on the covers at both sides of the hydraulic cylinder.
