For the phenomenon of strip steel buckling appeared in the process of tension leveling was de -scribed , through the ANSYS/ls-dyna finite element analysis to study the straightening roll reduction to the influ-ence of the buckling defects , and experimental analysis was executed on a tension leveler of 2 bending unit and 1 leveling unit.It can be concluded from the result datas that the Strip tension should be controled in a certain range in the process of leveling , otherwise excessive tension is not conducive to the eliminates the buckling de-fect.And with the roller reduction increasing , the strip buckling decreases correspondingly .%针对拉弯矫直过程中出现的带钢板形瓢曲现象进行了相关的描述,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件分析研究了不同张力下矫直辊压下量对板形瓢曲的影响程度,并在两弯一矫型式的拉伸弯曲矫直机上进行了实验分析。根据实验数据得到结论:矫直过程中带钢拉伸张力需要控制在一定范围内,过大的张力不利于消除瓢曲缺陷,并且带钢板形瓢曲程度随着矫直辊压下量增大而相应的减小。
