攀钢炼钢厂方坯 RH 顶枪枪头结构优化与应用

摘要

This article provides a top gun head , used in RH, with little noise, stable flow.On one side of the gun head , it at least connects the oxygen tunnel and gas transport tunnel , while oxygen feed hole and gas feed hole are fixed on gun head body .On the other side , the outlet end of oxygen feed hole and gas feed hole are fixed.A combined combustion happened at this spot .The online production showed that this new top gun head make flow meet its requirement .%本文提供一种噪音小、煤气的流量能稳定达到设定值的RH法炼钢用顶枪枪头。所述枪头包括在一端至少连接有氧气输送通道和煤气输送通道的枪头体，在枪头体上设置有分别与氧气输送通道和煤气输送通道连通的氧气输送孔和煤气输送孔，氧气输送孔的出口端和煤气输送孔的出气端均位于枪头体另一端的端面上，并在该端面外形成氧气和煤气的混合燃烧区。使用效果表明，该结构使煤气流量达标，满足生产要求。
