为满足AP1000主管道冷段弯管所要求的尺寸精度，根据316LN超低碳控氮奥氏体不锈钢的材料特性，结合AP1000主管道冷段弯管的尺寸参数，通过塑性弯曲理论计算确定冷段弯管纯弯曲时的弯曲力矩、回弹角和半径回弹补偿量，为AP1000主管道冷段弯管成型模具设计提供参考。%To satisfy the size precision of AP1000 main pipeline cold leg bend pipe, according to the material properties of 316LN super-low-carbon austenite stainless steel containing nitrogen and the dimension parameters of AP1000 main pipeline cold leg bend pipe, bending moment, spring-back angle and radius spring-back compensation a-mount for AP1000 cold leg bend pipe are determined by calculation with plastic bend deformation theory .The above parameters can provide reference for formation mold design of AP 1000 main pipeline cold leg bend pipe .
