半高速钢轧辊显微组织和碳化物类型研究

摘要

The specimens of semi-high speed steel with two different chemical compositions have been quenched and tempered.Then the microstructure and the appearance and characteristics of different types of carbide of semi-high speed steel under different heat treatment conditions have been studied,so as to provide the basis for developing the semi-high speed steel roll and improving the mechanical properties of roll.%对两种不同成分的半高速钢试样进行淬、回火处理,研究不同热处理状态下半高速钢材料的显微组织及不同类型碳化物的形貌和特性,为开发半高速钢轧辊产品,有效改善轧辊性能提供依据.
