水冷式换热器传热性能的稳态分布参数模拟与实验验证

     

摘要

Develops a steady-state simulation model for the sheet and tube heat exchanger with distribution parameter method.To validate the heat exchanger model,measures the inlet and outlet water temperatures of both the evaporator and the condenser,as well as the heat exchange rate with the refrigerant of R124 through the simulation test.Compares the experimental results with the simulation data.Analyses the heat transfer performance based on the simulation data.The results show that the relative deviation of outlet water temperatures for the condenser and the evaporator is within ±2 .5%and ±3% respectively. The simulated maximum deviation of heat exchange rate for evaporation and condensation is 1 .72%and-5%respectively.When the cooling water inlet temperature rises by 1 ℃,the heat exchange rate decreases by 1.37%.The heat exchange rate will decrease by 5.17%if the outlet water temperature of evaporator rises by 1 ℃.%建立了以分布参数为基础,以壳管式换热器为主要研究对象的稳态仿真模型,以R124为制冷剂模拟实验工况,并分别对蒸发器和冷凝器的进出水温度及蒸发侧和冷凝侧的换热量进行了测量,对比分析了实验结果与仿真结果,对换热器性能进行了分析。结果表明,冷凝器、蒸发器出水温度的仿真值与实测值的相对偏差分别在±2.5%和±3%内;蒸发侧和冷凝侧换热量的仿真结果最大偏差分别为1.72%和-5%;冷却水进水温度每升高1℃,冷凝侧换热量降低1.37%;蒸发器出水温度每升高1℃,蒸发侧换热量减小5.17%。
