偏热环境下气流对睡眠人体的冷补偿上限初探

     

摘要

认为人体长时间躺卧后的散热状态可近似模拟人体临睡时的散热状态,对长时间躺卧的人体进行气候室投票实验,探索人体在睡眠状态下达到热中性时的气流速度上限.实验中的温湿度工况根据受试者对热环境的可接受度、热感觉以及风扇使用的需求进行设置:当且仅当温湿度工况为30℃/70%时,所有的受试者认为该热环境可以接受而且需要使用风扇,同时觉得偏热.各工况的测试时间根据无风和有风工况下人体热感觉的稳定时间来确定.在实验过程中,受试者经历4个给定风速工况并投票,通过分析风速与热感觉投票、热舒适度投票、气流期望投票以及综合环境可接受入睡程度投票的关系,得到在30℃/70%的温湿度工况下,人体在睡眠过程中达到热中性和热舒适时的气流速度上限为1~1.2 m/s.%Considers that thermal state of human body in supine posture position for a long time can simulate the thermal state before falling asleep.Carries out an experiment of long time's lying-down to explore the upper airflow velocity limit of the cooling effect.Changes the temperature and humidity conditions in the experiment according to the tested people's acceptability of hot environment,thermal feelings and fan states.When the temperature is 30 ℃ and the relative humidity is 70%,all the tested people accept the thermal environment,but feel hot and need to use the fan.Confirms the test duration for each condition by the stability time of thermal feeling under different ventilating conditions.The tested people who undergo four given airflow velocities vote for thermal feeling,thermal comfort,expected airflow velocity and the acceptable conditions.After analysing the relationship between the votes and the airflow velocities,the result shows that the upper limit of the airflow velocity for thermal neutral and thermal comfort during the sleeping is 1 ~ 1.2 m/s when the temperature is 30 ℃ and the relative humidity is 70%.
