终轧温度对 GH4033合金棒材组织和性能的影响

             

摘要

In the past , bars of GH4033 alloy which is a age-hardening nickel-base high-temperature alloy were rolled in the open-train mill, and the product quality was unstable .Baosteel Special Materials Co ., Ltd.has rolled the GH4033 alloy bars in continuous rolling mill train from abroad for high alloy steels , hence the shortcomings of the open-train mill have been overcome .The investigation indicates that the finish rolling temperatures of GH 4033 alloy bars can be controlled within the range of 960 to 980℃by adjusting the rolling speed of continuous mill to the range of 2.0 to 2.2 m/s, and thereby the microstructure and mechanical properties of the bars will conform to the requirements .%GH4033合金是一种时效硬化镍基高温合金,以往其棒材采用横列式轧机轧制,产品质量不稳定。宝钢特种材料有限公司采用引进的高合金钢连轧机组轧制GH4033合金棒材,克服了横列式轧机的缺点。研究表明,将连轧机的轧制速度调整至2.0~2.2 m/s能使GH4033合金棒材的终轧温度控制在960~980℃,棒材的组织和力学性能达到要求。
