采用感应加热模拟航空发动机带陶瓷涂层叶片的受热状态

         

摘要

为了确保新一代高效航空燃气轮机和装置的运行性能并提高其参数,应将涡轮机前的燃气温度提高至1800 K以上。因此,必须改进冷却系统,研制新型高温陶瓷材料,以及对燃气轮机高温系统零件采用隔热和耐热涂层进行防护。内部散热系统的改进是将零件成为换热器,但随之会增大热应力和缩短热循环寿命。目前,燃气轮机所广泛采用的镍基耐热合金的使用温度已达到允许的极限值,只有采取措施限制穿过零件壁的热流,才可能提高燃气的温度。%In order to ensure a new generation of high efficiency aircraft gas-turbine and related device to exhibit a excellent service property and high parameters the temperature of gas , before it enters into the turbine , should be raised to 1800 K and above .Consequently , it is essential to improve cooling system , to develop new type of high temperature ceramic materials , and to apply heat insulating or heat resisting coating to parts under high temperature in the gas-turbine and thereby to protect them .An improvement in the inner heat dissipation system consists in to render the part a recuperator , however , which will be accompanied with increase in the thermal stress and decrease in the thermal cycle duration .At present , the service temperature of nickel-base heat-resistant alloys commonly used in the gas-turbine has reached an allowable maximum , and only by adopting certain measures to restrict heat flow through the part wall the gas temperature can be raised .
