321／Qd370 qD爆炸焊接复合板焊缝界面 TEM 特征

摘要

Microstructures in 321 plate near weld interface of 321/Qd370 qD composite plate produced by explosive welding and their formation mechanism were investigated by TEM .The results show that the microstructures are successively amorphous phase , nanocrystal, M23 C6 phase, cementite, twins and stacking faults from the weld interface to the matrix , and fine particles exist in some regions of austenite .%利用透射电子显微镜研究了爆炸焊接的321/Qd370qD复合钢板焊缝界面附近321板的组织及其形成机制。结果表明，从界面向基体方向依次出现非晶、纳米晶、M23 C6相、渗碳体、孪晶及层错，在部分区域奥氏体内存在非常细小的颗粒。
