采用清肝利胆口服液联合妈咪爱治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效报道

摘要

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of qingganlidan oral liquidcombined with mommy loves the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods: Select 60 cases of neonatal pathological jaundice, the control group using mommy loves treatment, the observation group was added based ontreatment with qingganlidan oral liquid, comparative study on serum totalbilirubin decreased in two groups of children with time jaundice. Results: Theserum total bilirubin of treatment group two patients decrease, decline observed significantly better than the control group, jaundice shorter time compared with the control group, there were statistically significant differences between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Qingganlidan oral liquid combined withmommy loves the effectiveness in the treatment of pathological jaundice of newborn significantly, which is superior to simple western medicine treatment,worth in clinical application.%目的：探讨清肝利胆口服液联合妈咪爱治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床效果。方法：选取60例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿，对照组采用妈咪爱治疗，观察组则在此基础上加用清肝利胆口服液进行治疗，观察对比两组患儿血清总胆红素下降情况与黄疸消退时间。结果：经治疗两组患儿的血清总胆红素值均有所下降，观察组的下降程度明显优于对照组，黄疸消退时间较对照组短，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：清肝利胆口服液联合妈咪爱治疗新生儿病理性黄疸效果显著，其效果明显优于单纯西药治疗，值得在临床上推广应用。
