重症手足口病合并脑损害患儿的临床护理体会

摘要

Objective:To study the severe hand, foot and mouth disease with brain damage in children with clinical nursing measures and effect. Selection methods: 60 cases of brain damage in children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease merger as the research object, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, control group routine treatment and nursing, the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of this, compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results: Two groups of patients with different way comparing with treatment efficiency after the nursing intervention has obvious statistical significance (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Strict observation of patients, and to give the comprehensive nursing intervention to promote rehabilitation has very important value in children with.%目的：探讨重症手足口病合并脑损害患儿的临床护理措施及效果。方法：选取60例重症手足口病合并脑损害患儿为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组行常规治疗及护理，观察组患者则在此基础上行综合护理干预，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：两组患者采用不同方式进行护理干预后其治疗有效率比较有明显统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论：严格观察患者病情，并给予其综合护理干预对促进患儿康复有着非常重要的价值。
