护理输血安全差错防范中采用护理查对制度的应用效果观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the application in nursing teaching security error prevention nursing check system application effect. Methods:Select our hospital 40 nursing staff, the questionnaire survey to compare the nursing personnel transfusion error rate before and after the training. Results: Nursing staff before training, blood transfusion nursing error rate is 12.3%; After training, the nurses' blood transfusion nursing level increased significantly, the error rate reduced to 1.2%. Contrast nursing error rate before and after the training, the error rate is decreased obviously after training, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:In the nursing safety of blood transfusion errors guard against work, application of check system, and plays an important role, is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨在护理教学安全差错防范中应用护理查对制度的应用效果。方法：选取我院40名护理人员进行问卷调查，对比护理人员培训前后的输血出错率。结果：护理人员在接受培训前，输血护理出错率为12.3%；经过培训后，护理人员的输血护理水平大幅度提高，出错率降低到1.2%。对比护理人员培训前后的出错率可知，培训后出错率明显降低，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在护理输血安全差错防范工作中，应用护理查对制度，具有重要作用，值得临床推广。
