百草枯中毒患者早期口腔处置与护理

摘要

目的：研究百草枯中毒患者早期口腔处置与临床护理效果。方法：回顾74例百草枯中毒患者临床资料，中毒时间小于3天者为甲组34例，中毒时间大于3天为乙组40例，分析两组口腔溃疡治疗效果、并发症发生情况，并给予患者实施早期口腔护理。结果：甲组患者的溃疡程度以及并发症发生情况与乙组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：给予百草枯中毒患者实施早期口腔护理，可大大减少并发症以及口腔溃疡发生，有利于提高患者生命质量水平。%Objective:Patients with early oral treatment and clinical nursing effect of paraquat poisoning.
