围术期舒适护理干预对剖宫产产妇应激反应的影响研究

摘要

Objective To understand the effects of perioperative comfort care on stress response after cesarean section . Methods 143 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups .71 cases in group A were administered with routine care, while the other 72 cases in group B attended with comfort care .MAP, HR, DBP, SBP, CORT were monitored at times T0, T1, T2, T3.Anxiety scale (SAS) was used to evaluate maternal emotions .Findings The SAS score of preoperative 1d, postoperative 2d of group B were found to be lower than that of A group (P<0.05);The MAP, HR, DBP, SBP, CORT levels of group B at times T1, T2 were found to be lower than those of group A (P<0.05);The flatus, ambulation, self -voiding and lactation time of group B were shorter than those of group A ( P <0.01 ). Conclusion comfort care after cesarean section can eliminate maternal anxiety , reduce stress , and speed up recovery .%目的：探讨围术期舒适护理对剖宫产产妇应激反应的影响。方法将143例剖宫产产妇随机分为两组， A组71例实施常规护理，B组72例实施舒适护理，术前（ T0），穿刺时（ T1）、胎儿娩出时（ T2）、术毕（ T3）检测MAP、HR、DBP、SBP、CORT，并采用焦虑量表（ SAS）评价产妇情绪。结果 B组术前1d、术后2d SAS评分低于A组（ P＜0．05）；B组T1、T2时段MAP、HR、DBP、SBP、CORT水平低于A组（均P＜0．05）；B组肛门排气、下床活动、自主排尿及泌乳时间短于A组（P＜0．01）。结论对剖宫产产妇实施舒适护理，可消除产妇焦虑情绪，降低应激反应，促进产妇快速康复。
