杭州市拱墅区社区居民中医认知现状及影响因素分析

摘要

目的 了解杭州市拱墅区社区居民对中医认知现状,分析其影响因素,为社区中医健康教育在其他地区的推广提供参考.方法 采用便利抽样方法,选取拱墅区5个社区的1700名居民作为研究对象,采用自制量表进行问卷调查.结果 回收合格问卷1566份,有效率为92.1%;社区居民中医适宜技术认知总体合格率为86.2%(1350/1566),不同特征社区居民比较,性别、健康满意度、中医药知识最主要获取途径不同的社区居民,中医认知合格率之间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,女性、主要通过讲座获取中医药知识的社区居民,其中医认知合格率较高(OR=1.554、4.504).结论 杭州市拱墅区社区居民中医健康知识知晓率较高,性别、中医药知识最主要获取途径是社区居民中医健康认知的重要影响因素.%Objective To understand the status quo of the residents` knowledge of TCM in the communities in Gongshu District of Hangzhou so as to provide more appropriate TCM health education.Method Firstly, 1700 residents from 5 communities in Gongshu District were randomly chosen as the subjects of study.A self-designed questionnaire was then used to conduct the survey.The SPSS 19.0 software was used for data analysis.Findings 1566 qualified questionnaires were returned.The qualified rate was 92.1%.The total ratios of positive view to TCM, believing low side effects, fortifying health, effective treatment for most of diseases about TCM appropriate technologies and willingness to learn TCM appropriate technologies were 82.2%、96.8%、82.0%、84.5% and 53.9%.The results of logistic regression model showed that there was higher qualification rate of cognition of TCM among the females and the residents who obtained TCM knowledge mainly through lectures.Conclusion The awareness rate of TCM health knowledge in Gongshu District is high.The gender and the main way to obtain the TCM knowledge are the impact factors of community residents` TCM health awareness.
