高血压社区中医药干预效果分析

摘要

目的：探究分析中医药干预治疗高血压的临床疗效，为提高高血压临床治疗效果提供有效依据。方法：选取自2013年3月一2014年2月在我院社区健康服务中心接受临床治疗的高血压患者392例，采取随机数字表法将其分组，对照组患者采取单纯西药药物治疗，观察组患者则采取中医药干预治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：两组降压疗效比较：治疗组总有效率87％；对照组总有效率89％。两组疗效比较差异无显著性（P ＞0.05）。两组症候疗效比较：治疗组总有效率92％，对照组总有效率76％，治疗组明显优于对照组（P ＜0.01）。均具统计学意义。结论：采取中医药干预治疗高血压，可以增强服药依从性，减少高血压所带来的不良症候，突出了个体化治疗的优点。%Purpose:Explore the clinical TCMintervention efficacy of the treatment of hypertension,Provide an effective basis for improving the clinical treatment of hy-pertension.Method:Select from 2013 March 1 February 2014 in our hospital community health service centers for the clinical treatment of patients with 392 ca-ses of high blood pressure,take a random number table to be grouped in the control group of patients taking medications alone,The patients are taking TCMin-tervention treatment,the two groups were compared clinical outcomes.Results:The antihypertensive effect of comparison:the treatment group,the total efficien-cy of 87%;the control group,the total efficiency of 89%.Difference between the two groups was not significant (P >0.05).Comparison of efficacy of two groups of symptoms:The total effective rate was 92% in the control group,the total efficiency of 76% in the treatment group than the control group (P <0.01).Were statistically significant.Conclusion:Take TCMintervention high blood pressure,can enhance medication compliance,Reduce the adverse symptoms of hypertension,highlighting the advantages of individualized treatment.
