多西环素、典必殊眼膏联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍的疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨多西环素、典必殊眼膏联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍的疗效。方法：选取睑板腺功能障碍患者60例，120眼，根据治疗方法分成3组，A 组，采睑板腺按摩联合药物治疗；B 组，采用药物治疗；C 组，单纯睑板腺按摩治疗。疗程2个月。比较各组疗效指标及治疗有效率情况。结果：A、B、C 三组治疗前后各项指标差异均具显著性；A 组治疗有效率明显高于 B、C 两组。结论：睑板腺按摩联合药物对于睑板腺功能障碍能取得较好的疗效。%Objective:to study the doxycycline,Dianbishu eye ointment joint meibomian gland massage curative effect for the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods:select meibomian gland dysfunction in patients with 60 cases,120 eyes,according to the treatment is divided into 3 groups,group A, mining meibomian gland massage with drug therapy;Group B,use drug therapy;Group C,meibomian gland massage therapy alone.The course of two months. Comparison between groups curative effect and treatment efficiency.Results:A,B,C three groups before and after treatment with significant difference were ob-served in the indicators;A set of treatment efficiency is significantly higher than B,C in the two groups.Conclusion:the meibomian gland massage combined drugs for meibomian gland dysfunction can obtain good curative effect.
