Objective: To compare the cannulated screw and absorbable screws to repair the fracture of the fifth metatarsal base: ankle function and fractures.Methods: the patients of the fifth metatarsal base in December 2015~2016 year in December in our hospital, a total of 30 cases of fracture, according to the hospital number divided into observation group and control group.15 cases in each group.The observation group with cannulated screw repair treatment, the control group using absorbable screws to repair treatment, the treatment of the two groups were compared.Results: in the observation group, the fracture healing time was shorter than the control group, fixation of the 4 and 12 weeks after the foot workThe score is significantly higher than the control group, the infection and incidence of displacement was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: in the process of the base of the fifth metatarsal bone repair in the treatment of fracture, using cannulated screw repair to a certain extent, can significantly shorten the healing time to improve the ankle movement greatly, the function, and reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon of displacement and reduce the chance of infection, is worthy of promotion in clinical application.%目的:比较加压空心螺钉与可吸收螺钉修复第5跖骨基底部骨折:足踝功能及骨折移位情况.方法:选择2015年12月~2016年12月于我院就诊的第5跖骨基底部骨折患者,共30例,按进入医院的编号分为观察组和对照组,每组15例.观察组采用加压空心螺钉进行修复治疗,对照组组采用可吸收螺钉进行修复治疗,比较两组患者治疗的具体情况.结果:观察组骨折愈合的时间明显短于对照组,内固定4周和12周以后足踝的活动评分明显比对照组高,出现感染和移位的发生率比对照组低,,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在进行第5跖骨基底部骨折的修复治疗过程中,采用加压空心螺钉修复治疗在一定程度上能够明显缩短骨折愈合的时间,极大的改善足踝运动的功能,减少移位现象的出现和降低感染的几率,非常值得在临床应用过程中进行大力的推广.
