妇产科手术泌尿系损伤防治方法的探讨

摘要

Objective :To probe the obstetrics and gynecology operation of urinary injury prevention method .Methods:a retrospective analysis from 2002 November to 2012 November in our hospital for obstetrics and gynecology operation and clinical data of patients with injury of the urinary system .Results:the treatment group ,the probability of urinary system injury caused by open operation was 0 .175% ,while the laparoscopic operation injury incidence rate reaches as high as 0 .366% ,there are significant differences between the two ,(P<0 .05) had statistical significance .The control group of urinary system injury incidence rate was 0 .655% ,and was 0 .175% in the treatment group ,there were significant differences between the two ,(P<0 .05) with statistical significance .Conclusion:Obstetrics and gynecology doctors at the time of the operation ,still need to maintain a high degree of vigilance and protection and damage identification of urinary system consciousness ,at the same time to communicate with the urologist ,mak-ing accidents and reduce the incidence of .%　　目的：对妇产科手术泌尿系损伤防治方法进行探究。方法：回顾性分析自2002年11月～2012年11月在我院进行妇产科手术而产生泌尿系统损伤的患者的临床资料。结果：治疗组，开腹手术造成泌尿系统损伤的概率为0．175％，而腹腔镜手术损伤发生率高达0．366％，二者有着显著差异，（P＜0．05）有统计学意义。对照组泌尿系统损伤的发生率为0．655％，而治疗组为0．175％，二者有着明显差异，（P＜0．05）具有统计学意义。结论：妇产科医生在进行手术时，依然需要保持高度警惕以及保护和损伤识别泌尿系统的意识，同时要同泌尿科医生进行及时沟通，使得意外发生率降低。
