新生儿采用不同吸痰方法的效果及气道粘膜损伤的观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of adopting different sucking phlegm method to neonates and trachea damage.Methods:Divide the 108 neo-nates into two groups at random:58 in the regular group (32 males and 26 females).In this group the regular negative pressure sucking phlegm method is adopted;the observation group has 50 neonates (25 males and 25 females).This group combines the method of relieving negative pressure in the course of sucking phlegm.Then observe the effects of adopting different sucking phlegm methods and the level of the trachea mucosa damage in the two groups.Re-sults:The method adopted in the observation group is obviously superior to that in the regular group (p<0.005).Conclusion:Combining the method of re-lieving negative pressure in the course of sucking phlegm to neonates has smaller damages to the mucosa,which deserves clinical application.%目的：观察新生儿采用不同吸痰方法的效果和气道粘膜损伤。方法：将108例新生儿随机分为两组，常规组58例，男32例，女26例，采用常规负压吸痰；观察组50例，男25例，女25例，吸痰过程中结合应用解除负压等方法，观察两种吸痰方法效果及对气道粘膜损伤的影响结果：观察组吸痰方法明显优于常规组（P＜0．005）。结论：对新生儿吸痰时结合应用解除负压的方法对粘膜损伤较小，值得临床应用。
