等比重0．5％盐酸布吡卡因注射液在产科手术麻醉中的临床应用

摘要

目的：观察等比重0．5％盐酸布吡卡因注射液在产科手术麻醉中的临床效果。方法：选取我院2014年5月～2015年2月期间收治的剖宫产手术病例90例作为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予等比重0．5％盐酸布吡卡因注射液蛛网膜下腔注射，对照组给予常规2％盐酸利多卡因注射液硬膜外腔注射，观察两组临床效果。结果：观察组总有效率为94．28％，对照组总有效率为77．14％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：等比重0．5％盐酸布吡卡因注射液在产科手术麻醉的临床应用中具有起效快，用量少，相比常规2％盐酸利多卡因注射液硬膜外麻醉，麻醉镇痛效果较好，具有广泛的临床推广使用价值。%objective:to observe the 0.5% such as cloth pyrazole paid injection in obstetric anesthesia clinical effect.Methods:from May 2014 to Febru-ary 2015 during the period of90 cases with cesarean section cases were treated as the research object,is divided into observation group and control group,control group given conventional pethidine injection,observation group was given 0.5% such as cloth pyrazole paid injection anesthetic injection,observe clinical effect. Results:the total effective rate was 94.28%,observing group,control group total effective rate was 77.14%,comparing the two groups statistically significant difference (P <0.05).0.5% conclusion:such as cloth pyrazole paid injection in the clinical application of obstetric anesthesia has quick effect,less dosage, compared with the conventional pethidine injection,narcotic analgesic effect is good,has extensive clinical use value.
