保守治疗与手术治疗肱骨干骨折的临床对比分析

摘要

objective:to explore the conservative treatment and surgical treatment of humeral fractures in clinical efficacy.Selection methods:from January 2013 to January 2013 between our traumatology of humeral fractures in 100 cases of patients as the research object.Patients according to the way of random divid-ed into research group and the control group,each group of 50 cases of patients,the control group using conservative treatment to reset,the treatment group were treated by surgical treatment.Results:the treatment group patients show efficiency of 96.00%,control group patients show efficiency is 78.00%,two groups of data contrast differences statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:compared with conservative treatment and surgical treatment of humeral fractures with a higher effect,can improve the cure rate of patients.%目的：探究保守治疗与手术治疗对于肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年1月～2015年1月间我院中医骨伤科收治的100例肱骨干骨折患者作为研究对象。将患者按照随机方式分为研究组和对照组，每组患者50例，对照组采用保守治疗方式进行复位，研究组患者采用手术治疗的方式进行治疗。结果：研究组患者治疗显效率为96．00％，对照组患者治疗显效率为78．00％，两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：相比于保守治疗方案，手术治疗肱骨干骨折具有更高的效果，可以提高患者的治愈率。
