对比研究腹腔镜及开腹手术治疗早期卵巢癌患者的临床效果

摘要

目的：对比研究腹腔镜及开腹手术治疗早期卵巢癌患者的临床效果。方法：将该院2014年5月至2016年5月收治的60例早期卵巢癌患者随机分为对照组（开腹手术治疗）及观察组（腹腔镜手术治疗）各30例，比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组临床治疗效果优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗早期卵巢癌效果确切，值得推广使用。%Objective:To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of early ovarian cancer patients.Methods:60 cases of early ovarian cancer were randomly divided into control group (open surgery treatment)and observation group (laparoscopic surgery)and the observation group (30 cases).The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared between the groups.Results:the clinical treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early ovarian cancer is exact,which is worth popularizing.
