对4所医院手足外科的医疗纠纷处理流程进行改造，以同年度4所医院发生医疗纠纷的情况为对照，分析医疗纠纷处理流程改造对医疗纠纷防范的影响。结果显示，研究组的医疗纠纷发生率为0.0196%，低于对照组的0.1587%；研究组的人均医疗纠纷赔补金额3.53元，远低于对照组的86.35元。%The process of dealing with medical disputes was reformed in Hand and Foot Surgery, four hospitals, with medical disputes in four hospitals in the same year as control, and analyze the influence of medical disputes prevention based on the process reform. The results showed that the frequency of medical disputes in study group was 0.0196%, lower than 0.1587% in control group; the average compensation of medical disputes in study group was 3.53 yuan per capital, much lower than 86.35 yuan in the control group.
