Taking the rehabilitation and gastric cancer screening project as the starting point, one district hospital has explored the project-based graded diagnosis and treatment, which can promote the good work division between the medical institutions, clarify the boundary of medical service, and standardize the process of seeing a doctor. Some achievements have been made in practice, but there are still many difficulties, such as difficult project selection, insufficient social security support, and limited undertaking capacity at primary health institutions. According to the actual situation, this paper suggested that regional hospitals should formulate policies of graded diagnosis and treatment and give full play to the role of district hospitals in graded diagnosis and treatment.%某区级医院以康复和胃癌筛查项目为抓手,探索项目式分级诊疗.项目式分级诊疗模式可以促进医疗机构之间良好的分工协作、明确医疗服务界限、规范就诊流程,在实践中取得了一定的成效.但仍有许多困难,如项目选择困难、社保支持力度不够、基层承接能力有限等,建议各地根据实际情况,制定分级诊疗政策,有效发挥区级医院在分级诊疗中的作用.
