This paper analyzed the current situation of immediate settlement of hospitalization expenses in Sichuan province, investigated the advanced capital, management cost, reimbursement system and information construction in three-level hospitals in Chengdu city, discussed the existing problems and put forward some countermeasures.%分析了四川省内异地就医住院费用即时结算的实施现状,对成都市三甲医院在资金垫付、管理成本、报销制度和信息化建设等方面进行调查,探讨其中存在的问题,并提出对策建议.
