胫腓骨骨折合并胫前假性动脉瘤1例并文献复习

摘要

Fracture of tibia and fibula is one of the orthopedic clinical common injure,which leads to peripheral vascular injury and false aneurysm are relatively rare complications.What unique about this case is the false aneurysm's typical and clinical symptoms appeared after more than a year late.And it's a rare case at present clinical for anterior tibial artery injury.%胫腓骨骨折是骨科临床上常见的损伤之一,导致周围血管损伤、形成假性动脉瘤是一种较为少见的并发症,此病例特别之处在于其假性动脉瘤典型临床症状在行内固定术1年余后迟发,且损伤动脉为胫前动脉,目前临床较为少见.
