心脉隆注射液联合曲美他嗪对冠心病并CHF患者血NT-proBNP、cTnI TGF-β1、GDF-15水平的影响观察

摘要

目的 观察冠心病并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者联合使用心脉隆注射液和曲美他嗪对血N末端脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)的影响.方法 选取2016年12月至2017年6月我院74例冠心病并CHF患者为观察对象,随机分为单一组(使用曲美他嗪治疗)和联合组(使用心脉隆注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗)各37例,比较两者治疗效果和血NT-proBNP、cTnI、TGF-β1、GDF-15指标变化以及不良反应发生情况.结果 联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于单一组(P＜0.05);治疗后,两组NT-proBNP、cTnI、GDF-15水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),TGF-β1水平均显著提升(P＜0.05),且联合组各指标降低和提升幅度均显著高于单一组;两组均未出现明显不良反应.结论 心脉隆注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病并CHF患者,可明显提升疗效,改善患者心功能和微炎症反应,安全有效.%Objective To investigate the effect of Xinmailong injection and trimetazidine on plasma NT-proBNP, cTnI, TGF-β1 and GDF-15 levels in patients with coronary heart disease and CHF.Methods 74 patients with coronary heart disease and CHF in our hospital from Dec.2016 to Jun.2017 were selected and randomly divided into single group (trimetazidine treatment) and combination group (Xinmailong injection and trimetazidine treatment), 37 cases in each group.Compare the therapeutic effects and NT-proBNP, cTnI, TGF-β1, GDF-15 index changes and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combination group is significantly higher than that of the single group (P＜0.05);after treatment, the levels of NTproBNP, cTnI, and GDF-15 were decreased in both groups, the difference was statistic significant (P＜0.05), the TGF-β1 levels increased significantly (P＜0.05), each indexes in the combination group decreased or increased more significantly than those in the single group;there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Xinmailong injection and trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and CHF can significantly improve the curative effect, improve cardiac function and microinflammatory reaction, it is safe and effective.
