安乐死的立法困境及其破解

摘要

“Euthanasia” as an end of life“man-made” intervention approach,has been Holland′s legislation,America legaliza-tion. While the“euthanasia”system in this country is facing difficulties and problems of various laws,to continue to strengthen the legal theory research,promote the progress of judicial practice,to promote the perfection of legislation,trying to crack the problem of“eutha-nasia” system.%“安乐死”作为一种结束生命“人为”干预的方式，先后被荷兰、美国等国立法合法化。而“安乐死”制度在我国却面临着各种法律上的困境与难题，要不断加强法律理论研究，推动司法实践进步，促进立法完善，努力破解“安乐死”制度难题。
