谈Dogme教学法指导下的基础英语课堂导入设计

     

摘要

The existing problems,such as lacking diversified forms,over-relying on textbooks,being unrelated to learners’ backgrounds, focusing less on output and feedback than input,result from the traditional teaching philosophy which considers language learning as the process of transmitting knowledge from course-books and teachers to learners.However,Dogme ELT(Dogme in English Language Teaching),which comes to existence in 2000,deems that learning takes place through natural conversations,where learners and teachers co-construct the knowledge and skills.Based on Dogme ELT and Integrated English syl abus,instructional design of classroom lead-in for one unit teaching is given as a model,and solutions to the aforementioned problems are found as creating natural context based on learners’ backgrounds to motivate learners,designing learner-centred lead-in activities with suitable degree of difficulty,increasing learner-teacher communicating opportunities by reducing material input and multimedia utilizing.%目前基础英语课堂导入存在形式单一、过分依赖教材、脱离学生实际、重输入轻输出等问题,究其根本原因,是因为传统语言教学认为语言学习是把知识从书本和教师灌输到学生的过程。与之相反,约于2000年提出的Dogme教学法认为,语言学习是师生通过自然的对话共同构建知识和技能的过程。通过对Dogme教学法基本原则的分析,结合基础英语的教学设置,以一个单元的导入设计为范例,得出解决相关问题的方法,即基于学生实际创造真实语境、激发学生兴趣,以学生为主体设计难度适宜的导入活动,通过减少材料输入和多媒体使用时间增加师生课堂交流的机会。
