提高高校体育教学有效性的策略分析

with the domestic education reform, college physical education has made great development and effective sports teaching also attracted attention of PE teachers in Coleges and universities. In colege teaching, PE teaching is an important part of that development of efficient and high quality of PE teaching is of great significance to improve the comprehensive quality of students. This article from the experience of teaching practice, in view of the present stage university sports teaching and put forward some suggestions, hoping to guide and help.%随着国内教育改革的不断深入，高校体育也有了较大发展，体育有效教学也备受高校体育教师的关注。在高校教学中，体育教学是重要组成部分，开展高效而优质的体育教学对于提高学生综合素质具有重要的意义。本文从教学实践经验出发，针对现阶段高校体育教学提出了若干建议，希望有所指导和帮助。
