苏木抗癌有效成分对HL-60细胞的增殖抑制

摘要

Objective To observe the inhibition of HL-60 Prolife ration byactivity of extract from Caescalpinina sappan L.(CAE),and compa re with Cyclophosphamide(CP).Method Cell inhibitory effect was assessed by 3H-TDR Backman LS 5000CE.Results The inhibiti on r ate of CAE-B was obvious and the proliferation of HL-60 cells was inhibited by C AE-B in a dose-dependent manner (r=0.94 P＜0.001).Conculusion T he inhibition of HL-60 Proliferation by CAE-B is singificantly higer than that C P.The CAE-B maybe become antitumor drugs.%目的：研究苏木(CAE)抗癌有效成分(化合物)对HL-60细胞的增殖抑制作用，并与化疗药物环磷酰胺(CP)的增殖抑制比较。方法：采用3H-TDRBackmanLS5000CE液闪仪检测。结果：苏木抗癌有效成分对HL-60细胞的增殖抑制率显著，并在(0.40-12.8ug/ml)j呈剂量依赖性抑制HL-60细胞(r=0.94,P＜0.001)。结论：苏木抗癌有效成分对HL-60细胞增殖抑制率显著，并优于CP；使苏木成分抗癌药物变为可能。
