尿微量白蛋白测定对早期诊断糖尿病肾病的价值

摘要

目的 研究尿微量白蛋白测定对早期诊断糖尿病肾病的意义。方法 采用改良免疫凝集比浊法检测123例2型糖尿病患者24小时尿微量白蛋白(MA)、免疫球蛋白F(IgG)，并与45例正常人对照。结果 常规尿蛋白正常的2型糖尿病患者尿MA和IgG明显高于正常对照组(P＜0.01)，常规尿蛋白异常的2型糖病患者尿MA和IgG又显著高于常规尿蛋白正常的糖尿病患者(P＜0.01)。结论 尿微量白蛋白及免疫球蛋白G测定可作为早期诊断糖尿病肾病的敏感指标。%Objective To study the significance of microalbuminu ria in earlydiagnosis of dioabetic nephropathy.Methods The 24-h our urinary micr oalbumin (MA) and urinary immunoglobulin G (IgG) were measured in 123 patients w ith type 2 diabetes mellitus,using 45 normal subjects as control.Results Compared with normal subjects,the urinary MA and IgG in type 2 diabetic patients with normal urinary protein increased significantly (P＜0.01).The urin ary MA and IgG in type 2 diabetic patients with abnormal urinary protein were mo re elevated than that in type 2 diabetic patients with normal urinary protein (P ＜0.01).Conclusion Measurement of urinary microalbumin and immun oglobulin G might be used as sensitive markers for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
