数字化三维成形钛网修补颅骨缺损56例临床分析

             

摘要

目的 探讨数字化三维成形钛网在颅骨修补术中的临床应用价值.方法 选择56例患者采用数字化成形技术制作个体化钛网进行颅骨修补,并选用40例行传统手工塑形钛网颅骨修补术患者作为对照组,分析手术时间、塑形满意度及术后并发症,结果进行统计学对比.结果 观察组手术时间、钛钉数量与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组并发症发生率为22.5%,与观察组并发症比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 数字化三维成形钛网修复颅骨方便、快捷、塑形满意,并发症少,具有广泛应用价值.%Objective To investigate the clinical value of digital 3D shaping titanium net in the skull impairment patch surgery. Methods 56 patients treated by skull impairment patch surgery with digital 3D titanium net were selected as the study group, and 40 patients undergoing skull impairment patch surgery with manual shaped titanium nets were chosen as the control group. The operation time, the satisfaction for the shape and the complications were compared between the two groups and statistically analyzed. Results The operation time, quantity of titanium nail needed in the study group was significantly less than that that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 0%, which is significantly lower than 22.5% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The digital 3D shaping titanium net for repairing skull is convenient and time-saving, with satisfactory shape and less complications, which is worthy of widespread application.
