Objective To investigate the efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of crush syndrome. Methods sixty patients with crush syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in control group treated with regular comprehensive methods; 30 cases in experimental group treated with continuous blood purification treatment and regular comprehensive treatment. The various biochemical index, the complications, the hospital stay time, and mortality were compared between two groups. All the cases had been followed-up for 1 months to 2 months. Results After treatment, the various biochemical index in experimental group were better than those in control group, with the statistically significant difference (P< 0.05); the complications, average hospital stay time and mortality in experimental group were lower than those in control group, with die statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous blood purification has good efficacy in the treatment of crush syndrome, with improving the patients' s biochemical indicators, and effectively reducing the patients complication rates, average hospital stay time and mortality.%目的 探讨连续性血液净化(CRRT)治疗挤压综合征的方法及效果,为临床治疗提供参考.方法将本院收治入院的60例挤压综合征患者随机分两组,对照组30例,行常规综合治疗；实验组30例,在常规综合治疗的基础上行连续性血液净化治疗.治疗10d后,对两组患者的各项生化指标进行对比；随访1～2个月,同时比较两组患者的并发症、平均住院时间、病死率.结果治疗10d后两组相比,实验组的患者各项生化指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；随访期间两组相比,实验组患者的并发症发生率、平均住院时间、病死率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论应用连续性血液净化早期治疗挤压综合征可以显著改善患者治疗后的各项生化指标,有效降低患者的并发症发生率、平均住院时间和病死率,值得临床中推广使用.
