Objective To fnd out the reasons for failure in skills assessment of interns and to develop effective measures to improve the quality of interns. Methods 312 interns in Hainan provincial People's Hospital in 2010 were observed for skills assessment. The examination results was systematically recorded and statistically analyzed. Results Causes for failure in skills assessment were found to be as follow: high psychological stress, poor learning attitude, as well as lacking of hands-on training and team spirit. Conclusion The pass rate of the examination can be improved by the implement of better teaching methods and strict skills training.%目的 找出实习生技能考核失败原因,及时采取有效的纠正措施提高实习生的技能素质.方法对2010年全国各院校来海南省人民医院供应中心进行实习的大、中专实习生312人,进行技能考试现场监考观察,及时记录原因,正确统计考试成绩档案并做回顾分析.结果实习生技能考核不及格的基本原因是由于心理紧张因素、学习态度不够端正、少动手训练、没有团队研究精神.结论改进教育方法,采取针对性教学措施,对实习生进行严格而有效的技能训练,可有效地提高护理技能考核通过率.
