To explore the risk factors of urinary infection in neurological intensive care unit, and then put forward the nursing suggestions. Methods 916 patients were investigated about urinary tract infection. Results 246 patients with urinary infection were considered as hospital infection, in which 43 cases were upper tract infection, and 203 cases were lower urinary tract infections. Old age, female, hospital stay more than 7 days, diabetes and urethral catheterization may be hospital urinary infection risk factors. Conclusion Urinary tract infection was very common in neurological care unit. Correct medical treatment and nursing were very important to control the hospital infection.%目的 探讨神经内科监护室(NICU)的尿路感染的危险因素,并提出护理建议.方法 采用回顾性调查的方法,对916例患者进行尿路感染相关情况的调查.结果 神经内科监护室有246例尿路感染患者为医院感染,上尿路43例,下尿路203例,老年、女性、住院日数超过7d、糖尿病以及导尿为医院尿路感染的危险因素.结论 神经内科监护室为尿路感染的高发场所,与患者病种有关,正确的医疗与护理对于防治这种医院感染有重要意义.
