不同方式游离第二趾再造拇指45例分析

摘要

Objective To observe the effects of different modes with free second toe transplantation for thumb reconstruction. Methods Depending on patients' different degree injury, our department used different modes in thumb reconstruction of 45 cases with free second toe transplantation from January 2002 to January 2010. The follow-up time ranged from 12 to 24 months. Results All the 45 reconstruct thumbs survived, with good appearance,better functional recovery. Conclusion Preoperative detailed examination, perfect knowledge preparation for the anatomical structure, reasonable design for the surgery, good nursing and watch, can assured the survival of reconstruct thumb well, and improve living quality.%目的 观察应用不同方式游离第二趾移植再造拇指的临床效果.方法 2002年1月至2010年1月我院根据患者的不同损伤程度,采用几种不同方式游离第二趾移植再造拇指45例.结果 45例再造拇指全部成活.随访12-24个月,再造拇指外观美观,功能恢复良好,效果满意.结论 在术前详细检查患者情况、对局部的解剖结构有正确的认识和把握、合理的设计术式以及术后给予科学的观察和护理,是取得再造拇指成活的保证,也是提高医疗质量的关键.
