经脐三孔法腹腔镜下阑尾切除术的临床应用

摘要

目的 探讨经脐三孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术的方法和可行性.方法 回顾分析我院2010年2月至2010年7月50例经脐三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除患者的临床资料.结果 本组50例均通过普通腹腔镜器械经脐行三孔阑尾切除取得成功,无并发症,手术时间30-120 min,术后腹壁疤痕不明显.结论 经脐三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术安全可行但操作较为困难,术后腹壁疤痕不明显,患者满意度较高,在有条件的医院可以作为腹腔镜阑尾切除术的改进术式推广.%Objective To investigate the methods and feasibility of the transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy with three ports. Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 50 patients by the transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy with three ports from June 2009 to July 2009. Results All the 50 cases were successful, with no complications, and operative time was 40-130min. Postoperative abdominal wall scar was not obvious. Conclusion The transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy with three ports is safe and feasible but difficultly operated,with little wall scar.
